Is the hosting really free forever?
Yes. We build clean, efficient sites on modern hosting platforms with genuinely free tiers, so there's no monthly hosting bill to pass on to you. You'll only ever pay for your domain name renewal — typically around £10–£15 a year, paid directly to the registrar so you always own it.
Are there any hidden or ongoing costs?
No. The package price is a one-off and covers design, build, security and hosting. The only recurring cost is your domain name. If you want ongoing changes made for you, we'll agree a fair hourly rate up front — or use the self-serve updates included in the Business package and make changes yourself for free.
What does the free SEO report include?
A plain-English review of your existing website: how it performs on Google, how fast it loads, how it looks on mobile, and what's holding it back — with specific, prioritised recommendations. No obligation and no sales pressure; it's yours to act on however you choose.
How do hourly-rate engagements work?
We scope the work in a free initial chat, agree the rate and an estimate before anything begins, and invoice only for time actually spent. For larger pieces of work we'll cap the cost so there are no surprises.
Can you improve my existing site rather than rebuild it?
